The products offered for sale by Indev are those listed on the website http://www.Heelers.eu site on the consultation date by the client. The products are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks. A product is available if a green ball appears below the selected size. Delivery Area: Heelers.eu delivers orders in the following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, mainland France (excluding Corsica), Germany and England. Rates and Delivery: The delivery rate is unique and is 10 € per order of less than 100 €. The delay is between 1 and 3 working days from the day following the order. The responsibility of Indev cannot be engaged for late delivery, for any reason whatsoever. Therefore, no claim of any nature whatsoever can be made by the client towards Indev. Indev choses UPS Global Relay as a carrier and ensures the smooth flow of products. Customer is responsible for checking the condition of the packaging and compliance of the delivered product, and makes any appropriate subject on the delivery of the carrier. In case of defects, the customer has the right of return as provided in this document. The customer has 48 hours to file a claim to the carrier in case of missing or damaged. Are considered as force majeure releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied. For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered in several times to the customer. The customer only pays for one delivery.
