Can I make an exchange?

You can exchange any item that does not suit you within 10 days after receipt of your order. The items you wish to exchange must be new and unworn in their original box intact. Once we have received your package, we will credit your account the amount of the value of the returned item. How to make this exchange ?

Log into our site via the "My Account" and click on "make an exchange" then let it guide you. If the exchange amount of your order exceeds the amount of your initial order, you can pay the difference online.
If the amount of your order exchange is less than the amount of your initial order, we will refund the difference.

How to return an item?

It must first notify us on the site the items you want to return. To do this you simply select from the list of orders placed by you:
Click on "My Account", login to access order tracking and returns and then click on the details of the order concerned.
Select the product to return, the reason for return, then enter. Print this page return request and attach it to your parcel (inside). Returned products must be new and unworn. They must be in their original box, perfectly intact.Therefore, you must put your shoe box in a cardboard box to send it back.

Once the return is validated, we will email you a UPS label to stick on the package. We will also send you the coordinates of UPS to arrange a pickup at your address.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return address and return means accepted by Heelers.eu are available upon request at: info@Heelers.eu or you will be notified if you run a procedure for exchange / refund directly from your customer account .

How much time do I have to return an item?

At the date of receipt of his order, the customer shall have 10 days to return an item.
